Here’s Exactly What You’re Going To Get During Our Time Together:
Initial 1-2-1 Onboarding Consultation

In this 1-2-1 consultation call we will discuss your action plan for reaching your goals. The call will also allow us to set clear performance goals for the program so you know what to expect and what is expected from you in order to be successful. In this call we will also go through your training & nutrition requirements, which I will design for you afterwards.
Access to my Training App

I use an app called PT Distinction for everything training & nutrition related. Here you will be able to access your weekly workouts (which all have exercise demos) as well as receive all your PDF coaching documents, from example meal plans to my recipe books. You will also be able to connect your My Fitness Pal account up so I can also keep an eye on your daily food logs!
Life Coaching

As part of the programme, you have access to 3 life coaching calls with Wellness Expert (and my sister!) Annika Naidoo. I highly recommend you take advantage of this. Annika is amazing at what she does, and will unlock your inner self in allowing you to really start working within and fulfilling your true potential.
Online Performance Modules

You will have complete access to my online portal which contains video material around the three pillars of this programme: fitness, nutrition & wellness. You will have lifetime access to this, so it will be something you can keep referring back to if you ever need to check in on a topic.
Weekly Accountability Call 

Every week I will be checking in with you on a 1-2-1 basis to see how your week has gone as well as looking ahead to the following week. Regular contact is essential not for developing a strong coach & client relationship, but so we can also stay on track to meet your goals. A 12 week journey is never linear! Expect to assess, adapt, and make changes where necessary.
Private VIP Facebook Group

Whilst this is a 1-2-1 coaching service, you are also in the company of many other people who are all working hard towards their goals! People with a similar mindset to you. Collective accountability is a massive factor and I encourage you to get involved with all my other clients so you can share your successes together, whilst equally helping each other out too and being part of an incredible support network

1. Visualise Your Success

Take 5 minutes to journal about the kind of progress you hope to make going through this programme. We'll discuss these on our onboarding call.
2. Email Info - Take 2 minutes to type in your email info you would like to be contacted on during the program. This is super important, to make sure you are up to speed on things each week
3. Set-up your membership account (click the button below)
4. Once your membership account has been set-up go through the getting started modules. 
5. Subscribe to the Facebook Coaching Group
Have all the above tasks completed before your initial onboarding call.
